Is there no way to get past level 45 without involving other people or money?

Finished 45 but it says I have to ask other people or buy golf bars. Is there no other way? I'm not willing to do either.

The road blocks open automatically after 72 hours. You can simply wait it out.

Another option is to play Soda on King.com - here you can receive help from other players and open the road block faster.
