May I please have my missing levels restored?

I recently switched my phoned and have lost quite a few levels. I do not remember the level number and had only played the level once, but the level before it was the one where you spread the jelly and the candy moved in kinda a spiral fashion when candies were removed. I really like the game and would hate to uninstall it. I do not want to have to do all those levels all over again.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

I had, but my levels are not there. This is highly disappointing.
