Why is it that my game won't load for me on my IPad.

I just want to know why my game is not loading for me when I click on my level to play. When I click on my level that I am on the game goes out everytime. This is going on a week or more now and it is very frustrating not being able to play my game. I even updated my IPad but I am still having this problem. I hope this game can be fixed for me. Which version of the iPad do you have?

Please also tell which OS version you are using.

If you are using iOS on an older device then please see this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-is-ipad-2-not-supported-anymore-for-candy-crush-crash 

Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the game so this might be your issue.

It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Try a simple reboot right before playing Candy Crush to see if it solves the issue.
