Shuffling

I can not believe King developed a game that king advertises to buy lives and boosters when the game never has enough moves and shuffles 5 and 6 times on 1 live and does not work. Game is poorly made and is a out right rip off. King should be a shamed and should re-develop a game that works. I would not spend 1 dime on a game that has to shuffle and move candy around to make you lose. This game shuffles when there are moves on the board and it cheats you out of live so you will fork out money.

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
