Game failed to connect

Hi I'm trying the last 2 weeks to connect to the game and is says failed to connect. The weird is that my sister from the same device the same app connects with no problem. I guess that you must do something to help me. I try almost everything remove app remove Facebook app delete other apps clear cache but nothing. The problemis the same. Please help me. I have enough free space on y iPad 4.2 gbso it's not an issue. I hope to help me.

You can also try this: Open the Facebook app, go to settings and to apps. Find Soda and then tap on it. This should open the app and also synchronize it

Nothing.....nothing...nothing.......not helpful at all.......
