M iPad mini keeps crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn't work. Lost all boosters.

M iPad mini keeps crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn't work I just lost all my boosters.  It shows the connect to Facebook button and when I try to connect to Facebook it says you already approved it.  Very frustrating.

I have tried all of this and nothing works. It has to be a issue with app. When I log into the app it tells me to connect to facebook as well but I already have the check mark at the bottom showing that I am connected. I don't know what else to do. I am on level 2069 and having been playing on the same Ipad for a very long time so I know its not the ipad.
