i have an ipad mini 3 and i am unable to load soda. I have deleted the app and re-installed from the cloud but still won't go further than the load screen. Everything is up to date on the ipad and it works fine on my iphone.
any suggestions?

I suggest you avoid the cloud solution and Soda Saga install directly from iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/candy-crush-soda-saga/id850417475?mt=8
It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Try a simple reboot, the close down any apps that automatically starts up to see if it solves the issue.
