Level 636 Candy Crush Soda

I have played level 636 for days on end. I am given 27 moves. At the very most I am able to clear most of the honey in the first part. The honey requires being hit several times using too many moves, one of the reasons I can't advance. Plus, the special candies hardly make a dent on the honey. I have had the opportunity to use striped and square combos twice in a row and still no impact. I think there is an issue with the programming. This is not solvable. Has anyone else experienced this?

It is labelled as a hard level so it's gonna be a challenge. 

There are a few youtube videos that show the level being passed so I don't think there is a programming issue.
