Need help connecting to Facebook

Hi, 

I've asked this question 2 weeks ago and I didn't an answer from a member of your team. 

I was always logged in with Facebook in all your apps and many others, but 3 weeks ago I noticed that I was no longer connected to Facebook on Candy Crush Soda and Candy Crush Jelly. It is really frustrating because I don't get any lives or boosters and I have to wait so long for them... 

When I try to connect to Facebook on Candy Crush Soda I get this error message " Failed to connect to Facebook"

When I try to connect to Facebook on Candy Crush Jelly I get this error message "Disconnected from Facebook" which sometimes appears like a glitch, it pops out of nowherr and it doesn't go away at all.

Candy Crush Saga and Blossom Blast Saga are still connected to Facebook and working perfectly fine.

Please have this looked into as I have seen many many other users complaining about it (it's not just my tablet) on Play Store and even here.

It is really annoying and frustrating so please get back to me about this.
