Candy Crush Soda

I play Candy Crush Soda on my tablet "Nextbook" powered by android. Once it loads goes black and it throws me back to my home screen. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and have lost all my rewards, lives and power ups. I'm up to level 1156. What is going on here? Please give me back everything I have earned and fix this problem. Thank you.

If you've uninstalled then you will have lost all those items as they are only locally stored, they don't sync up with progress and gold. You can get items returned if they were purchased and provide receipts for, it's in their T&C's.

Thank you for replying so quickly. We have gone through the recommended troubleshooting given but that doesn't help. What now? I never had any problems playing until a month ago!
