"Can't connect to facebook" glitch

The "can't connect to facebook" dialog keeps popping up, repeatedly, so that it's impossible to play the game.  I already uninstalled and reinstalled, and checked for updates.  What gives?  I'm about to give up on this game, because it's been happening for a few weeks.  On a Samsung Galaxy S6.

I suggest you first try with another Internet connection - for instance 3G/4G instead of WiFi

If you have already tried reinstalling the game then you might have to go one step further and do a factory reset of the phone.

Don't forget to do a backup of all your content as a factory reset will wipe all data on your device.

Once your mobile device has been reset I suggest you only install the game first. After checking everything is OK you can the proceed to install the remaining apps.
