Linked to FB and set back to Level 1

I was well over level 2100, when I linked to FB because I got a new tablet and wanted to carry the game over.  Linking set me back to Level 1.  I see the question has been asked before, but the answers aren't posted to help me restore my previous setting.

I have sent you a private message which you should have received in your inbox. We often need to know the email address related to an account in order to be able to restore progress; we avoid this type of information to be posted publicly. 

If you were using a Kingdom account, then you should be able to connect to your Kingdom account on your new tablet too.
