lost money, game crashing keep losing items because of crash no email response after multiple emails

have sent multiple email no response. WTF give me my stuff I purchased or tell me something so I can contact Microsoft cause to get money back. I would rather get my purchased items.

I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on Mobile/Tablet.
