I can't claim rewards

I can't claim my quest rewards. Example, I have 3 quests that are full (150 striped candie, 50 colour bombs etc) but the "claim rewards" is either not there, or is greyed out. Can I only claim a reward every so often? Do I need to complete all quests before I can claim?

Your game still connected to FB or Kingdom? Might want to check your connection or just log out and back in again, for Sugar Drops you have to be connected in order to collect so I'm assuming it's the same for this maybe.
