This is the second time I am sending this question. I am new at this and the first time I answered for my avatar in error. King.care and referred to this saying my avatar has the answers. My situation is still unsolved.Please help. I Purchased the Holiday Sale twice and each time did not receive the full amount of gold bars and boosters. Please resolve this for me. Thank you.

    Hi Duchess,

    Due to the holidays, the king care team is trying their hardest to catch up. Since you've asked this question twice on the forum, my suggestion would be to email them through the homepage of the game itself. Go to your settings and click on contact us. They will be able to look into your account as I am unable to do that. You should receive an answer from a King associate within 24hrs. Thank you for your patience!
