Frozen game after payment

When I play candy crush soda and then purchase extra moves it takes my money but won't bring me back to the game it just freezes. I have to then reboot and lose the game, but my money is still taken, it sometimes doesn't show the payment amount in my gold bars but my bank shows numerous purchases. I'm getting very frustrated. I want a refund.
