Daily bonus fail!

I've been playing Soda every day for months & so my daily bonuses have built up nicely.... Until Wednesday, when the daily bonus did not appear. I didn't think much of it at the time, but when I played again on Thursday I found I had been sent back to day 1! I want to be back on track but I can't find a direct way of approaching King. I'm really frustrated about this, do they ever re-instate people's progress when there's been a technical issue? If so, how can I contact them?

This element is the game is still in testing so we cannot guarantee performance at the moment. When the calendar is available to play, if you log in within the time period then you will receive the available rewards.
