Lost progress soda saga

Lost all progress on soda saga. Never signed up with Facebook and doesn't recognize my email address. Is there any way I can recover my progress?

As long as you actively connected your game to a Kingdom account, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. If you didn't, there will be no saved data that can be recovered.
