regarding form letter and response from game team regarding daily progression prizes

my sister and along with probably most or all soda crush players lost our daily progression counts and were sent back to day 1, frustrating right?  Well thought you all might want to see how unfair these game teamers are. My sister and I both sent notice about our lost progressions. I got a ridiculously clod form letter back and a link to this site, my sister on the other hand, got a very nice letter back, an apology, and a free 100 gold bars for the "inconvenience". I sent another e-mail asking why I did not get the same consideration or "all" of us. We all are going through the inconvenience, and guess what? I got another cold form letter response. So again I ask. Why didn't we "ALL" get the gold bar inconvenience pesented to the "few"?? Not right....The "few" are not the only ones frustrated by this tech issue......
