How do I verify my email address on king.com?

I've been told be a customer service person to attempt to fix my sync issue on Candy Crush Soda Saga (after 3 weeks of still not having my original problem resolved!!!!), that I should verify my email address - with no instructions how to do this. I have had no email to do this and I cannot see any options to do it through the king.com site.

I am hoping this will solve the issue, finally, though I won't hold my breath!! Gone from level 1274 (on facebook) to level 1 and lost all my bonus items. C'mon King - it's surely not a problem that can't be sorted within a month!!!!!
