I bought a special and didn't receive my two hours of unlimited lives.

I bought a special that was suppose to come with 40 gold bars, 2 hours of unlimited lives, and two other boosters. I received the bars but not the unlimited lives. I would appreciate it if you could give me the lives or a refund of my money. Thank you.
