Can I get my progress back on my phone

My phone was freezing while playing candy crush I deleted it and reinstalled it and was at level 1 instead of my level at over 2000 I have been playing both the 2000 and new start I don't enjoy the as much as I would if I had my progress back Ticket Id 4759873
