Purchased a package for $99.99 and it never loaded.

I purchased a package from Candy Crush Saga for $99.99 on 02/22/17 but it never loaded so I tried again on 02/23/17 but got a message that said the package had been purchased previously and would be restored for free.  It appears that the boosters have been loaded but not the gold bars.  I do not see a charge on my American Express but I want to be sure that I am not going to get a lot of charges come through if I try to repurchase.  Will you please check on this issue and let me know what to do?  Thank you!
