Not connecting to Facebook on my mobile device, but can run desktop version

I was forced to change my Facebook password; then when I logged in to soda it said to reconnect, so I did.  I was then on level 1 instead of 603 and have no friends, no messages & no picture of me on piece that moves up the board.  I have tried to delete and reinstall both Facebook & soda many times.  Nothing is working

If you have a PC, go to Facebook and load CCSS there directly, you'll know when it loads up if your progress was synced to it. If it is then what I'd do is go through the steps suggested by a moderator here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/candy-crush-reset-my-level-to-1-and-wont-connect-to-the-right-facebook
