How can I find what level of play I am on.

I had an email in the last 10 days or so that offered I think gold bars, not sure now, I guess it downloaded the game from level 1 but I didn't notice it at the time. But It is now showing me at level 10 and I know I have gone way past that level, but I cannot remember which level I should be on.

Could you confirm if you are inquiring about an email promotion that you have seen? If so, then please provide a screenshot.
Or are you saying that you have lost progress in the game?
