Passed level 888 in Candy Crush Soda after trying forever and today decided to buy my way out of it.

I spent $6.99 and still need a couple of moves so I purchased $1.99 for a total of $9.58 with tax. Afterwards I was supposed to be at the prize level but it sent me back to level 887. I understand from reading on here that you can't pass me to level 889. I not only missed out on passing level 888 but I didn't get my prize package I would have advanced to either. I'm requesting at least my $9.58 back please. If I'm not asking on the right website for refunds, please someone tell me where to ask for it. Thx
