Why am in it getting my prize boxes or fish multipled (not Bubblegum Hill)?

I have seen both these questions asked and answered-- but not to my satisfaction.

After unlocking the correct level, the prize box is not being awarded. -- and I know how it's supposed to work.

For new levels, the fish should be multiplied by 10 -- just as all the other contests multiple by 10. And I'm not referring to Bubblegum Hill, that always seemed like a glitch to be receiving 10 fish.

Thank you for considering that I am familiar with the basics of these promotions/events before responding.

In regards to the Treasure Road rewards not being received. This is something that we are aware of and we are currently collecting data as requested by the game development team.

To answer your question about Bubblegum Hill. You get a x10 multiplier if you are playing the latest level in your progression and playing the Bubblegum Hill levels does not apply. So if you are playing older levels or the levels in Bubblegum Hill, you will only get 1 fish.
