i havent the boxes for new levels since a month now!

you have contacted me and done a soft reset of my account almost a month ago and after that i got once the boxes but they disappeared again and still i have not them on ios ,android and pc! i have tried to contact you almost 2 weeks ago for that but my question now is on a different thread ( new features of the games ecc)!i dont know what i have to do now ! are the boxes now an option for selected players ?????

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
