Your site says I need adobe flash player, but it is already installed, but the game fails to load

When I reinstalled the game and added the newest Adobe Flash Player, the game site told me I had to install it . the version being 11.5 something, and the newest version is 25. something. And the game still will not load the site screen is white with instructions at the top.
