Lost daily progress

I have been playing this game every day for the last 198 days without a break (I have screen shots to prove up to day 194) and yesterday it reset me back to day 1, today I logged in again and it reset me back to day 1 again. This is also happening to my wife on her account.

I want my daily tally restored please, I see a post from 8 weeks ago saying you are aware of this and working on it, how is progress coming on this issue please?
