Lost of gold bar I bought on 19/3/2017

I have bought the "Offer Medium (Candy Crush Soda Saga)" in the app,  at first the gold bar was added to my account, however on the next day,  just left the original 17 gold bars(without using any of them).   On around 17/3/17, when I returned from a trip to Japan, I found my candy crush  soda returned to level 1.  Therefore, I bought gold bar.  Luckily my brother then helped to recover level  through facebook.  However, all the newly purchased gold bar are found missing after recovery(when I bought gold bar, I didn't login).  I tried to contact you through the apps and email but no reply was received.  Please help to investigate and would like to get back the gold bar.
