Loss of bonuses and boosters

Following last update I have lost all my bonuses - I was up to day 75 and now back at Day 1, I have lost all my boosters and also prior to that the gift boxes didn't open when I completed the level. How can I get these back? It's very frustrating having made all that progress and accumulated all those bonuses to lose them when I haven't done anything wrong!!!
