Bubblegum Hill rewards not received

I'm having a lot of trouble at the moment with the Bubblegum Hill event. The last two times I have played I have not received any of the rewards. It comes up that I have won but when I check my gold bars, hammers and time they have not changed. Please...! Can someone please check and get back to me and see if I can get back the bonus? Thanks.
