After updating i have lost over 24 hours of free play how can i get them back ?

I had over 24 hours of free play but after updating the other day I'm back to just 5 lives how can I get them back ?

Currently Free Lives will be available to everyone.

Your game app needs to be the latest version.

If you still do not get the offer, it may mean that your game has a connection problem.

Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.

I keep having to restart my game after every episode and I keep losing my unlimited lives

I can see the Superstar @Sukanta_Biswas already gave you the correct troubleshooting steps to prevent you from having to restarting your game after every episode.

@Mitzie-3 , have you updated your game? Please note that:

• The Unlimited Lives offer is available to those who play on mobile devices
• The Unlimited Lives are accessible only on one device, if you have two devices connected to the same game profile.
• You can enjoy the Unlimited Lives offer while playing offline, but will need to connect to receive them.
• If you’re a new player, Unlimited Lives will begin on the 2nd day of gameplay.
• The Unlimited Lives offer is valid only for players who have been active in the past 365 days
