Im not receiving lifes or help to unlock next episodes.

I have windows phone 640LTE had software 8.2 It was working fine and after a while  I noticed that im not receiving lives and help but i send (friends tell me that they receive from me). I logged out, logged in. Even uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing. 

I upgraded phone to windows 10 and the owl kindom was there and when i stopped playing and started again it was gone and still im not receiving. I uninstalled it again and again the owl came and again gone. everything works just not receiving life and help. 

Please help me cause its getting boring with just 5 lives only and i dont know what to do!

Hi Steve!

It might be that the game connection to Facebook is not working correctly. Try disconnect, reboot, start the game and then connect to Facebook again.

You could also try from another Internet connection to see if the issue is there.
