Hi just had a reply from Johnny saying the issue about not moving on levels and receiving time gifts has been fixed, however mine is still the same not working. Please help? So frustrated

Hello Helen,

Could you please confirm if you have the latest version of the app installed and that your game is connected via wifi or mobile data. You might also need to delete the app and reinstall it again if the changes still haven't appeared in your game.
