...and another glitch - a constant 96 hours stuck for quests?

After losing 29 hours 'time-in-lieu' and the failure to address it, I've now found quest game progression/boosts is stuck on 96 hours until update. That was days ago.

Can you sort this with better results than the last technical issue, without the 'try turning it off and on again' re-installation answer? 

I've lost my hours already, I don't want to lose years of accrued levels and boosters too.

'turning it off and on again" is only good if you've done troubleshooting, if you have done any then yes, its pointless. What troubleshooting have you already done?
