buying gold to refill lives

i bought 10 gold to refill my lives and whan i looked it showed up only 1 bar left out of 10 . but it didnt show up my 5 lives so i ordered agian thinking it never went through so i bought another 10 gold and then it only showed 2 gold bars even thou it wasnt showing my lives as 5 only 0 . so once refreshed my lives where there 5 but wasted 10 gold because it wasnt show ing my lives as refilled .. not good
