Unlocked the level but not receiving the bonus gifts

Hello. As I am advancing through the levels with gifts, I am not receiving these gifts. If I click on it, I get the message that I have to unlock the level to receive it, but I already have. Levels 801, 805, 811, 819, and 829 have all been unlocked with no gifts being added to my account. I am playing via MY iPhone and iPad.  look forward to resolving this issue.

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble with the gift boxes. They posted an update here https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/cant-collect-gift-boxes-when-pass-a-level#entry_102464

The green answer is the latest update dated 4/17/17 supposedly it's been fixed. But please post the same thing you posted here under that thread so they know you're still having trouble. There seems to be a lot of players having this issue!
