Why did I lose all my playtime?

I play on my tablet at home, not connected to Facebook, and have worked very hard to build up my unlimited play time to somewhere between 23 & 26 hours and when I had to do the last update, I lost all of that time and have not been able to build any up again.  I am very upset about this as the game is just not fun to play now.  Even when I do reach a point to get 2 hours of unlimited play time, if I do not play it right away, it no longer keeps the time, it goes away.  This is horrible.

Unlimited lives in the game run from when you first purchase/win them and the timer will countdown continuously. If this was different for you previously then this was a glitch that has now been resolved.

It used to not use the time if I was not actually playing the game.  It only counted down while I was playing.
