Gold bars for unlimited lives?

I sent Leo my user I'd three days ago. He said he would give me gold bars for the loss of my unlimited lives. Has anyone else heard of this? Depending on the number of gold bars, I, I think I would rather have unlimited lives. Is there no way to give back the 24 hours of lives? Just wondering what others who have had this problem have been told. Haven't heard back from Leo yet, but I'm sure I will. Thanks for your help and input.

Hello Sherri,

Our systems do not allow us to add the unlimited lives directly. Leo has a few days off but he will respond when available.
