Two weeks and still no fix to loss of unlimited lives

Unlimited lives have been reduced to 5. Issue first addressed 2 weeks ago--not fixed yet. Worked hard and spent much $$ to reach level 1437. Please fix this problem for me. I am a loyal player and was told that gold bars would be given instead of unlimited lives. A lot of people had this problem. Has anyone gotten it fixed yet?

Why do the rewards go automatically onto each game now?
Whenever I get rewards they automatically go onto the next game and get used very quickly. I do not want to use them all the time or all together. This seems to be a recent change. If I've paid for rewards and play 5 games they have gone straight away!
