Hi , I have bought gold bars for £6.99 and the purchase was cancelled and I get notifications that no money was taken from my account so I tried to buy once again and it goes through but I just check my bank account and on the statement shows £6.99 and £13.98 and I just bought gold for £6.99. How I can cancel the £13.98 ???
