Did not get what I paid for

Just paid for fifteen gold bars - $1.99 but still only have six gold bars.  How do I get what I paid for?

I have checked your player account and found your transaction 28/04/17, 18:38:14 CET - Your purchase was completed OK and the 15 Gold Bars are in your account.

Please try rebooting your iOS device and you should now see them.
