glitch in system

At some point in the low 500 level of Candy Crush Soda Saga, the "Are you sure?" box that appears after you've run out of moves won't clear unless I click on the "x" to cancel it.  Seems to be a glitch in the programming.  Any ideas, so I can click on the "Keep going" button so I don't lose points.

The game is not through any browser. The game was installed when we bought the computer, so it's a link.
