I lost progress on daily bonus

I have never missed a day, yet I have been sent back to day 1 on daily bonus, please restore me back to the correct day. lI play on laptop.

I'm sorry but we are not able to reset your progress. The promotion can change and reset as we update but you are still able to log in and win prizes.
