Anyone else had unlimited lives won lost by receiving daily bonus?
Very angry that this has happened twice in a week. After winning one of the 1-5 rewards which gave me 2hrs unlimited lives, 15 mins later I received my daily reward and got 30 mins unlimited lives. It had replaced my 1hr45min unlimited lives. I lost 1hr15min. Customer care responded quickly and gave me 150 gold bars as compensation. However 3 days later the same issue but worse! I worked hard for reward 5 and received 6 hrs unlimited lives. With 4hrs left my daily reward of 30 min unlimited lives replaced them again. Customer care has just replied with 200 gold bars.
How can that be right?
Loosing 1hr45=150 bars & 4hrs=200 bars ?
Has anyone else had this issue? I'm really frustrated as my game play time is limited being a mum but if this keeps happening I'll have to stop playing.
