Hi, I had to change my name on Facebook as part of a security check up. I lost all my progress.

Hi There,

I was asked by Facebook to change my name, as part of a security check up. I had previously put the spaces in different places, just to alter my name enough so as not to easily searched for. When I did this on my phone, I went to play Soda Saga, and I was back to level 1. I had been on Level 1000+... Odd thing is, when I play it on work computer, I am still on the high level.

How do I get back to correct level on phone?

Hi Keith- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem with your progress on your mobile. 

Are you using an iOS device? Please could you try these steps?

-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache

-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser

-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
