Reward Boxes not giving any rewards????

I have not received my reward for levels 1011, 1017 & 1025 and previous levels.I have previously reported this problem here and it was not resolved last time although a response was received. Collection these rewards would have given me an additional 6 hours of playing time not to mention the boosters. Is anyone else still having problems with the gift boxes not opening to give rewards when u go past a level? What is King doing to resolve this?

WHY IS BAKERY ALWAYS CLOSED??
hello….Im wanting to Bake in the bakery,however it always says “Bakery opening soon”……This has been non stop for the past few weeks now…
Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
