App purchase and sync problem

I have been struggling for more than 2 weeks now as my Candy Crush Soda doesn't sync with facebook. I am on level 753 on my mobile device and stuck on level 750 on my tablet. I have tried all the steps as per the video but nothing helps. Yesterday 27 Jun I purchased gold bars on my tablet. It said purchase successful but then said no internet and money went off my account but I still haven't received anything. It doesn't want to connect to facebook on my tablet. I don't know what to do as my internet is working. I tested it.

    Hello Eudean,

    It does sound like there is an issue with the tablet that is stopping both your progress synchronizing and also your purchases.

    I recommend deleting the app, logging out of Facebook and installing both apps again to reconnect.
